During the service, the bishop used the Church of Uganda (COU) provincial theme for 2026, “Anchored in Christ for Unity, Stability, and Peace,” drawn from Ephesians 2:14–17, whereby he reminded officers to focus on faith, heal divisions, and promote harmony.

The DPC Masindi SP (Police) Pensive Tukasiima has thanked the Bishop for thinking about police and said this shows teamwork between police and Church leaders. She acknowledged that police believe in working together with religious leaders to fight against crime and promote morality. She further appreciated the spiritual guidance.
