Archbishop Kaziimba mourns Speaker Oulanyah
The Most Rev. Dr. Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu, Archbishop, Church of Uganda has mourned the late Speaker Jacob Oulanyah.
Archbishop Kaziimba says Oulanyah has been a very committed and generous member of the Church of Uganda, commending him contributing 100M towards Church House debt clearance and mobilizing other members of Parliament for the same cause.
He also described him as a man who wanted a fair and just society, a peacemaker, a champion of dialogue and harmony.
The Archbishop has sent his condolences to the family of Rt Hon. Jacob Oulanyah, the government of Uganda, Members of Parliament, the Judiciary and the President.
